How this system works
A grain drying tower moves a batch down through a column of tempered air rather than drying it in one pass. Because the air is heated by a heat pump, the grain sees a gentle temperature band instead of a flame-heated blast, which is what keeps cracking and discolouration down in rice, wheat and maize.
The tower is quoted as a complete plant: intake, tempering section, discharge and the control cabinet that logs moisture and temperature. Batch size and daily throughput drive the footprint, so the figures below describe the listing variant and the final layout is confirmed against a signed order.

All four dry by low-temperature circulation. Only the 5H-15 runs to 75 °C; the other three hold 35-65 °C. Broken rate increment is 3 % or less, and 5 % or less on the 5H-30C.
Total rated power: 34 kW - 99 kW
Heat pump size: 30 HP - 100 HP
Capacity per tower: 15 - 30 t grain, 18 - 35 t wheat
Daily output: 100 t per day, set by grain and inlet moisture
Configuration: Multiple 5H towers on one platform
Drying method: Low-temperature circulation
Hot air temperature: 35-65 to 75 C
Low-temperature grain drying
- Dries rice, wheat, corn, peanuts, soybeans, sorghum and other grains and seeds
- Forced dispersion, quantitative feeding and bidirectional discharge wheels on Japanese bearings
- Thin-layer design with high airflow: uniform, rapid drying
- Low-temperature drying holds rice quality and seed germination rate
- Upper and lower augers removed, cutting grain breakage by roughly two-thirds
- Residue-free cleaning: residual grain lifts out, so batches do not mix
- Accessories: grain-full detector, auto moisture detector, hot air temperature sensor, air pressure switch, abnormal overheat switch, timer switch
Built for installation
- Tower builds ship in sections and are assembled on site, which is why the floor plan is agreed with the drawing.
- The heat pump and control cabinet sit at the base of the column, clear of the grain flow.
- Intake and discharge are laid out with the site, since both set how grain is fed in and taken away.
- Ducting between the heat pump and the column is part of the supply, not a site item.
