First, the current situation of drying in the food industry:
The production scale and technology of food processing enterprises in my country are uneven. Most of the enterprises have small production scale, few employees, and weak technical force. Most of them are produced in urban and rural areas and rural areas. The drying method uses wood, coal, natural gas, etc. as fuel, and even many workshop-style individuals still use natural drying Way;This drying method is very inefficient, takes a long time, consumes a lot of energy, and is not environmentally friendly and unsanitary during the drying process; it leads to frequent problems such as excessive bacterial flora, poor quality, and ugly appearance.
Second, the demand
1. Increase production 2. Improve quality 3. Reduce costs 4. In line with environmental protection
Three, the solution
Applicable objects: For mushrooms, fungus, white fungus, rice noodles (noodles), yuba, etc., the high-temperature air heat pump drying process is adopted to maintain the nutrition of the food, save time and electricity compared with the traditional drying system, and ensure the quality and appearance.
Safety and environmental protection: There are no hidden dangers such as explosion, electricity leakage, oil leakage, gas leakage, etc., and no pollutant discharge to the environment.
- High efficiency and energy saving: The operating cost is 30%~60% more energy efficient than other hot air drying equipment, which greatly saves the operating cost.
- Better drying quality: Heat pump drying is a gentle drying method, close to natural drying, which ensures better quality of the items to be dried, and the process will not be polluted.
- Easy to use and maintain, saving labor: the unit is automatically controlled by microcomputer, no need for special personnel on duty, saving labor.
- Precise control of drying temperature and humidity: Different drying curves can be set according to the drying process to realize intelligent temperature and humidity control.
- Safe and durable: Adopt special high-temperature compressor with advanced technology, advanced refrigeration system design, multiple measures to effectively reduce the exhaust temperature and compression ratio of the compressor, and prolong the service life of the main engine.
