How this system works

The DY-9YTH is the smallest of the three integrated builds: a 100 kg per batch cabinet that arrives complete with its heat pump, PLC controller and 32 plastic trays, so it starts drying as soon as the 380 V supply is connected. No boiler, no furnace and no civil works.

It is aimed at vegetable processors: sliced roots, peppers and leafy material all dry at 35–70 °C while the heat pump dehumidifies the chamber instead of venting hot air out of the building. The same build covers the 100–300 kg range when the batch is lighter material.

The chamber measures 2500 × 950 × 2300 mm and the complete unit weighs 600 kg, built from polyurethane insulated panels around a stainless drying volume. On a standard 380 V three-phase supply it draws 6 A rated and 18 A at maximum.

Core components are the heat pump and the PLC. Protection covers the refrigeration circuit and the air path, so a fault stops the batch instead of spoiling it. Video outgoing inspection is provided and every unit ships in a wooden box.
