How this system works

The DY-15YTH is the middle build: a 300 kg per batch cabinet with 64 plastic trays, the same heat pump and PLC control as the rest of the range, and the same ready-to-run delivery. Trays are 800 × 600 mm, so a loading plan written for one material carries over to the next.

Sugar-rich fruit is where chamber control matters most. The heat pump holds the drying curve and condenses the moisture out through a drain instead of blowing it back over the batch, which is what keeps colour and aroma in the finished product. The build covers the 300–500 kg range depending on the material.

The chamber measures 3000 × 1350 × 2300 mm and the complete unit weighs 700 kg, built from polyurethane insulated panels around a stainless drying volume. On a standard 380 V three-phase supply it draws 8 A rated and 26.8 A at maximum.

Core components are the heat pump and the PLC. Protection covers the refrigeration circuit and the air path, so a fault stops the batch instead of spoiling it. Video outgoing inspection is provided and every unit ships in a wooden box.
