How this system works
The DY-21XYH is the largest of the three integrated builds, set up for a 500 kg per batch load and fitted with 96 plastic trays. Same 3000 × 1950 × 2300 mm chamber family, same PLC that runs heat-up, constant-rate drying and finish without an operator watching a thermometer.
Banana chips need an even, moderate curve so the slices dry through without case-hardening. Because the heat pump dehumidifies and reheats in a closed loop, the chamber holds its setpoint steadily through the run rather than swinging with the weather outside. The build covers the 500–700 kg range on lighter material.
The chamber measures 3000 × 1950 × 2300 mm and the complete unit weighs 800 kg, built from polyurethane insulated panels around a stainless drying volume. On a standard 380 V three-phase supply it draws 10 A rated and 38.44 A at maximum.
Core components are the heat pump and the PLC. Protection covers the refrigeration circuit and the air path, so a fault stops the batch instead of spoiling it. Video outgoing inspection is provided and every unit ships in a wooden box.
