How this system works
A flat bed dryer blows temperature-controlled air up through a shallow bed of product, so grain, beans and sliced goods dry evenly without turning. The cabinet is built around a modular tray, which lets the drying area grow in sections instead of forcing a single fixed chamber size.
Heat is supplied by a heat pump module or by indirect hot air, so the drying air never meets combustion gas. A digital controller holds the set temperature, runs to a timer and raises an alarm on fault, and the copper heat exchanger is arranged for indirect heating. Units are built in Foshan and quoted against the product, the batch weight and the local power supply.

All builds are batch machines on 380 V 3-phase / 50 Hz with PLC and touch-screen control. A dash means the build is quoted against the site, so the drawing is issued with the offer.

Built for batch production
- Air is blown up through a shallow product bed, so no turning is needed
- Drying air never meets combustion gas
- Digital controller holds the set temperature for the whole batch
- Batch load and bed depth set the cycle length
- Suitable for grain, beans and sliced goods
- Capacity
- 5 t per batch
- Power supply
- 380 V 3PH / 50 Hz
- Weight
- 800 kg
Built for installation
- The bed runs the full drying area, so the frame and plenum are sized before the chamber is closed.
- Insulated panels and a sealed door close the chamber; the door width is set with the loading method.
- Condensate leaves through a drain below the bed rather than collecting under it.
- Heat pump and control cabinet stand outside the chamber, which keeps service work out of the drying space.
